Every serious Lottery player at one time or another has wondered if there is a specific secret pattern that directly influences the outcome of the games. I kind of look at this much like the search for the elusive fountain of youth. The problem is that there is only a limited amount of data available for any given State game that can be analyzed.

    For example, to date there have been only 17,257 Pick-3 numbers drawn in the New York game. That means that ideally, each of the possible 1,000 Pick-3 numbers has only been drawn 17 times. This is simply not enough data to reveal any promising patterns. If we were trying to find out which number is historically most likely to come up next, after the number 504 is drawn, we would have only 17 examples to look at.

    Last year while I was wrestling with this concept in my mind, it occurred to me that if there was a secret pattern buried deep within the Pick-3 and Pick-4 games, then this pattern would most likely be mathematically the same for every Pick-3 and Pick-4 game in the country. And that my friends, was the magic moment that lead to the creation of the PAYMASTER PLAYLIST system. I decided that I would combine the results of every Pick-3 and Pick-4 number ever drawn in every Lottery State in the country into one giant database. If I wanted to know what the most likely next number would be after the number 504 was drawn, I could see what actually happened the last 500 times the number 504 in straight form was drawn in a real game. In the Pick-4 game, I could now look up every possible number and see which number came up in the next draw. I cannot begin to tell you how valuable this information is.

    This was the first time I had ever seen the underlying workings of the games become so exposed and easily exploitable. The more I back tested the system, the more I liked what I saw. The real test, however, came when I started to play the PAYMASTER PLAYLIST numbers in my State's games. I was winning so often that I had to start playing at different locations because the store clerks were asking too many questions.
