Last Winter I was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Charlie who claimed that he had engineered a Lottery system that allowed him to win his State's Pick-3 and Pick-4 games an astounding 122 times in a single year. As you can see, there are exactly 12 Pick-3 numbers listed on the Triangle, and these are the 12 numbers you should play if you feel that the digit 3 will not be part of the next number drawn. That's all there is to it! No charts, formulas or workouts to do - just play the 12 numbers listed on the Triangle!

     I know, you're probably not impressed yet, and I certainly don't blame you. So let's dig a little bit deeper into the twelve numbers listed on the Triangle and I bet I can bring a smile to your face!  What's so unique about this arrangement of 12 numbers is that no matter what number is drawn, three of these 12 numbers will match at least 2 out of the 3 digits in boxed (any order) form, as long as the digit 3 is not drawn.

      For example, if the number 209 is drawn in your game, then the numbers 249, 207 and 905 all have two digits right. What good is having only two digits right? The simple fact that you are guaranteed to have two digits right three times means that you have extremely great odds of getting all three digits right. Think about how you feel every time you miss the winning number by just one digit. Now imagine how you would feel knowing that you will have at least two digits right in three different numbers every time you play.       Let's try it again. This time, let's say that the number 814 was drawn. As you can see, the numbers 804, 189 and 741 all missed the winning number by just one digit. Now try it for yourself: choose any Pick-3 number with three unique digits that does not contain the digit 3 and you will find that three of the numbers on the sample Triangle match at least 2 of the digits in any number you choose. Of course there is one exception - there will be many times that the Pick-3 number you choose is actually listed on the Triangle in either boxed or straight form. In that case, none of the other 11 numbers will match two of the winning digits, simply because you have already won the game by matching all three winning digits!

     Now take a moment to think about what you have just seen. These READY TO PLAY combinations that Charlie has created guarantee that you will always have at least two of the winning digits right, three times, in the 12 numbers you are playing.
