    Hello to all of my friends and fellow Lottery players! As I sit down to write the introduction of this exciting new system, I feel like a glowing child who can hardly contain his enthusiasm! I know what you are thinking, “C’mon Steve, what does any of this have to do with the Lottery?” Bear with me, I’m about to get to that!

    Anyway, as I was saying before I was interrupted, my friend and I were having dinner and the discussion turned to mathematics as it always does. I was explaining some of the projects I was working on and he told me about something he was currently involved in that he thought sounded very similar. He called it harmonic dynamics and he then proceeded to give me a 30 minute lecture on the subject. To say that I was fascinated would be the understatement of the century.

    We talked well into the night, both of us continuously reaching for paper and pencil to write down formulas and take notes on each others insights. Towards the end of the evening he asked me if I had four pennies. Although my friend is not a Lottery player, he does have a very deep understanding of the games and the mathematics that apply to them. When I returned with the four requested pennies, I found my friend wiping his coffee cup clean with a napkin. He then set the cup on the table, took the pennies and stood up. Next he began dropping the pennies into the cup, one at a time. I found this all very amusing and because of the late hour thought that perhaps my friend was a bit over tired. Time after time he would retrieve the four pennies from the coffee cup and then methodically drop them in again, one at a time. He was very focused on his task yet still managed to look at me and smile from time to time.

    Finally, I just had to break my silence and I asked him, “What exactly is the point of this demonstration?” He answered by inviting me to stand next to the cup and watch the pennies fall in. As I stood there watching I decided that sometime during the course of the evening my friend had certainly gone completely insane. As many of you know, it is not uncommon for brilliant people to lose their marbles; it’s actually more a matter of when than if. Nonetheless, I kept my eyes fixed on the cup as he gathered up the pennies and dropped them in, one at a time, over and over again. Finally it hit me like a bolt of lightning. Standing there looking into that coffee cup with the four pennies resting at the bottom I suddenly understood exactly what my dear friend was trying to share with me. I picked up the cup, fell back into my chair and simply stared at the four pennies. By the time I lifted my gaze, my friend’s canary eating smile indicated to me that he was now the one who was delightfully amused.

    Like two little boys on their first camping trip, we talked and talked for many more hours. At one point there were no less than a dozen coffee cups with various amounts of pennies in them scattered around the table. The scraps of paper we had been writing on were replaced by laptop computers, and there was a sense of electricity in the air that was unmistakable. By the time these two ‘mad scientists’ were finally surrendering to exhaustion, my friend made his last observation of the night by telling me that the sun had already risen outside. It was after 7:00 AM and the cups and pennies would have to be put away until another time!

    So why do I find the need to tell all of you about this long evening full of coffee cups and pennies? The event I just described has a tremendous amount of historical importance. What was discovered that night was the basis of the TENSPAN system. It was an event in which a mathematician (myself) and a physicist (my distinguished colleague) pooled together a tremendous amount of experience and insight to find a brand new way of doing something. We were able to apply the groundbreaking research he had been doing in his advanced field with the research which I had been doing in mathematical probabilities. In the end, we found a whole new way to analyze Lottery games, and through that discovery, we found a brand new method for forecasting the outcome of the Lottery games!

    For the next few months I was dropping coins into cups, poker chips onto paper plates and tennis balls into garbage cans. I could not walk past a cylindrical object without dropping round objects into it. The more I did it, the more I was learning. All the while I also knew that my good friend’s concept of harmonic dynamics was going to make a lot of Lottery players very rich!

    You do not have to understand any of the deep mathematics and physics that went into making the TEN-SPAN system. In fact, you only need to know how to add to use this system. All of the work that we did was based on creating a new analysis which then allowed us to create a winning formula. The end result of that analysis is the systems ability to give you winning numbers. Plain and simple, this is a technology that no one else has ever used to beat the games. The TENSPAN system uses the last ten results of any state's Pick-3 or Pick-4 game to forecast the next draw's winning combination. No other Pick-3 or Pick-4 system I have ever created allows you to make as much money, as quickly, as the TENSPAN. You can actually win your state’s games as often as 3, 4 or 5 times each week. The winning numbers are literally on the worksheet, right before your eyes!

    As many of you know, I have spent years studying the actual selection machines that draw the Lottery numbers in states around the country. I have measured and weighed the balls, researched the effects of temperature on the plastic selection chambers and have even videotaped thousands of live drawings. Although I learned a great deal from this process, I was not entirely on the right track. While all of these factors do have a small effect on the actual numbers drawn, there is something that has a far greater effect, and that is called harmonic dynamics.

    Here is a small experiment you can try at home that will help to illustrate this concept. I assure you that you do not have to be a mathematician or a physicist to do this, and it’s actually kind of fun. All you will need is a coffee cup with a flat bottom and four pennies. Ideally you should use a coffee cup that is big enough to hold 10 pennies without any of them laying on top of each other. If you do not have one that size, go ahead and use whatever you have. Please understand that this is just a demonstration. I assure you that we are not going to pick Lottery numbers by dropping pennies into a cup!

    Set the coffee cup on a flat surface (table, counter, etc.) and hold one of the pennies in your hand about a foot and a half above the cup. Now drop the penny in. Next take another penny and do the same thing. Keep going until all four pennies are in the cup. Now, without moving the cup, look into it and see if any of the pennies are laying on top of other pennies or if all four are laying flat on the bottom of the cup. Write down the result. Now take the pennies out of the cup and do it again. Be sure to write down the result. Continue to do this a total of ten times.

    Now let’s talk about what we saw. The four pennies represent a Pick-4 game. Obviously there are no numbers in this game, however, the pennies do show us a structure. If all four pennies are laying flat on the bottom of the cup (no pennies laying on top of each other), then this is a No Match number. In the Pick-4 game a No Match number is a number with no repeated digits like 1234 or 9472.

    If two pennies are laying on top of one another and the other two pennies are laying flat on the bottom of the cup, then this represents a Double number. In the Pick-4 game a Double number is one that has two repeated digits like 1123 or 8474. If you have two stacks of pennies sitting on top of each other in the cup this represents a Double Double number. In the Pick-4 game a Double Double number has two sets of repeating digits like 1122 or 7575. If you have three pennies laying on top of one another and a fourth penny laying flat on the bottom of your cup, then this represents a Triple number. In the Pick-4 game a Triple number has three repeated digits like 1112 or 9499. Finally, if you have four pennies all stacked on top of one another in the bottom of your cup (very rare), then you have a Quad number. In the Pick-4 game a Quad number is a number with all four digits the same like 1111 or 7777 (also very rare).

    After ten rounds of dropping four pennies in your cup you should have seen all four pennies laying flat in the bottom of the cup 5 or 6 times and you should have seen two pennies laying flat and two pennies on top of one another 4 or 5 times. You may not have this exact result but it should be very close. If not, try it again. This is the exact same outcome we will see over ten drawings in a Pick-4 game: 5 or 6 No Match numbers and 4 or 5 Double numbers.

    You have just demonstrated how four objects (pennies) in a defined space (a coffee cup) will have the exact same structure as the numbers in a Pick-4 game. Why should this be so? It’s because of harmonic dynamics. It proves that the structure of everything, including Lottery numbers, is determined by outside forces. These outside forces can actually be measured through repetition, and once they are understood, can be used to predict an outcome!!! Can you imagine what this means in a Lottery game!!!

    The example with the cup and the pennies was a very simple one. I greatly expanded this concept when I created the TENSPAN system, but the bottom line is the fact that I was able to measure the harmonic dynamics and I can now use that measurement to predict the outcome of any Pick-3 or Pick-4 Lottery game. I have created a very simple worksheet that lets anyone use this method in their state’s Pick-3 and Pick-4 games. I could spend weeks trying to explain why this concept works, but that is not important. What is important is that it does work, and it works better than anything you have ever seen. If you want consistent winners in your States Pick-3 and Pick-4 games, week after week, then you really need to put the TENSPAN system to work for you right now.

    The best part is how easy it is to use the system. The TENSPAN worksheet uses the last 10 numbers drawn in your State’s Pick-3 or Pick-4 game. Fill the numbers into the worksheet, do some simple addition, and then play the new numbers from the worksheet in the next drawing. Anyone can win with the TENSPAN system.
