I have spent a considerable amount of time this week analyzing the POWERBALL game and have decided that the results of last Saturdays drawing were an anomalie. None of the trends I was anticipating came into play and with the number 2 being drawn three times in a row, I have decided to disregard that drawing. Therefore, I will do something that I rarely do: I will play the exact same numbers which I forecast for the September 7th drawing tonight. Here is a repeat of the breakdown of my analysis and selections for the 09/11/13 drawing.

Before I get into the actual selection breakdown, let me share a few facts with you. The number 20 is the most often hit number in the game since its inception. This number has gone through a recent cool down phase and has now not been seen for 55 draws, making it a very viable contender.

Secondly, the pair 15-33 has only been drawn 4 total times since the game began, but more importantly, this pair is now out for a whopping 1370 draws. That is a seriously long vacation and I will be using this power pair in my BEST BET selections. More on that later. Finally, the number 33 is one of the weakest (least drawn) numbers in the history of the game and although I will not use it as a Key number for this drawing, it too will be a primary component of my BEST BET selections.

What I am looking for tonight is a very distinctive positional shift of the numbers that will be drawn. Here are the five primary anchors that I am anticipating:

1) The first number drawn (lowest number) will be either 13, 15 or 20.

2) The third number drawn (third highest) will be either 41 or 47.

3) The fourth number drawn (fourth highest) will be 53.

4) The fifth number drawn (highest) will be 57.

5) The POWERBALL number will be 30.

As you can see, this will give us the 53 and 57 as key numbers in each combination. This is a very specifically targeted wheel and the variable is the second number drawn, which in this wheel, will cover every possible number between our fixed first and third numbers. I have therefore constructed my selections based on the following positional criteria:

POSITION 1: The Number 13, 15 or 20

POSITION 2: All possible numbers between our POS 1 and POS 3 selections.

POSITION 3: The Number 41 or 47

POSITION 4: The Number 53 ONLY

POSITION 5: The Number 57 ONLY

POWERBALL NUMBER: The number 30 ONLY

This is a very tight criteria field with two fixed numbers and a fixed Powerball number. We then have a 2 element floating fixed number and a three element floating fixed number plus a variable spread. This is called a longshot wager - it's all or nothing. If I am right on or very close we can make a lot of money - if not - this array can easily be a total loss.

Playing these selections will require a total of 162 five number combinations to satisfy all possible arrangements of this scenario. I do not expect anyone to play all of these selections because the cost is very high. However, feel free to use my numbers as a guide and arrange your own combinations based on either my analysis or a combination of your own picks interspersed with my numbers. Confidence is now at level 7 for these selections for tonights drawing.

I will again be using the Power Play option for a ticket cost of $3.00 per, which gives me a total play cost of $486.00 to cover all of the 162 combinations. Yes, that's a lot of combinations, but with $245 Million on the line, I am all in!!!

Keep in mind that I am a professional player who has already won a lot of money playing the Lottery games for over 30 years. I am in a position to cover a wager like this with my previous winnings. There is no guarantee that any of the numbers I am proposing will actually be drawn. These are the numbers that my computer profiles are pointing towards as highly viable selections for this drawing. If I win, great, if I don't, I can also accept that. The bottom line is that, win or lose, I am very comfortable playing at this level.

I do not in any way recommend that you play all of these combinations unless you are in a position that you can stand to lose $486.00. Please do not wager any monies which you cannot afford to lose. Do not dip into the rent money or the grocery money to play these numbers. Playing the Lottery should be fun and exciting and should be funded with disposable or recreational income only. This is a very high odds game, and most people who play will lose their money. That is a simple fact, and that is why the State always makes money on this game every week. I do not mean to sound negative, I just want to make sure that if and when you play, you do so with a full understanding of the odds you are up against.
